New Calibration Certificate Portal
We are introducing a new Calibration Certificate Portal from 1 September 2026, providing an improved way to access and manage your calibration certificates and equipment information.
A simpler way to manage your calibration records
The new portal includes improved searching and filtering, individual sub user accounts, clearer calibration status information, certificate archiving, flexible re quote periods and a redesigned equipment view.

The existing Calibration Certificate Portal will close while customer data is safely transferred to the new system.
Calibration services will continue as normal.
Only access to the online certificate portal will be temporarily unavailable.
During the transition

All new calibration certificates produced during this period will be emailed directly to the main contact email address.
✓
Certificates produced during the transition will also be available to view and download from the new portal once it launches.
We will provide further information about accessing the new portal before launch.
