The Spartan 730 is a Class 2 measurement device which is intended for use as a body measurement device.

Local Measurement Data

The instrument is powered by lithium battery which will power the the device for up to 40 hours of a single charge!

Download Utility Software (G4)

The instrument uses G4 utility for transfer of the measurement data to excel and also generates charts and reports. This software is included free of charge with your purchase of a Larson Davis meter.

Reporting Software (DNA)

The instrument uses DNA software for reporting and recalculating measurement data. A licence is required to operate the software.

Calibration

To calibrate your noise monitor you will need either a 94 dB or 114 dB calibrator with a 1/2 microphone input or adapter. Place the calibrator on the end of the microphone and calibration will start automatically!

Laboratory calibration is required every two years for the instrument and every one year for the calibrator which can be done in our accredited UKAS laboratory.
