The Solar Power Hub has been specifically designed with construction and demolition sites in mind. Using solar energy to power the batteries, the Solar Power Hub is the perfect solution for outdoor monitoring.
The Solar Power Hub uses lithium polymer batteries, which unlike lithium-Ion batteries are built for use outdoors. The onboard battery management system will automatically activate the built-in internal battery heater which will ensure optimal battery function in cold weather.
The Solar Power Hub was designed to make the most of solar energy. With a white, reflective lid and 240-watt, bi-facial solar panel, the Solar Power Hub doesn't waste any energy.
The Solar Power Hub can power our monitoring systems for many days/week even when solar is unavailable and can be charged manually with the supplied external DC charger.
Additionally, the system has rugged wheels and handle so it can be deployed with ease. Once at the desired location the solar panel is fixed with the supplied bracket and the wheels and handle can be removed for security purposes.
